very comon vegetable. Usually made dishes and toppings ins food. In indonesia
this plant was introduced by the Dutch Colonizers. Celery contains a lot
vitamin that is vitamin D, vitamin B, vitamin B6, fosvor, kalsium, yodium and
any more. Celery has a distincetive aroma of butylphthalide and
butylidalphalide.
Kinds of
celery that is. Frist iris slices celery or celery are widley used in
indonesia cuisine. Then stlak celery which is usually as sallad. Then
celerytuber is usually used in soups, and any more. And celery is touted as
anti hypertensive vegetable.
As for the
