Celery is a very comon vegetable. Usually made dishes and toppings ins food. In indonesia this plant was introduced by the Dutch Colonizers. Celery contains a lot vitamin that is vitamin D, vitamin B, vitamin B6, fosvor, kalsium, yodium and any more. Celery has a distincetive aroma of butylphthalide and butylidalphalide.


Kinds of celery that is. Frist iris slices  celery or celery are widley used in indonesia cuisine. Then stlak celery which is usually as sallad. Then celerytuber is usually used in soups, and any more. And celery is touted as anti hypertensive vegetable.

As for the mask of celery can also overcome the excess oil on the face without making it dry. Frish nourist the skin of the face. the nutrient contents in celery is able to help in the process of defoxification or excretion of toxins that can harm the healt of the skin of your face. both by boiling the leaves of the celery and the water in be precipitated.

Celery has many used. So you should be able to regulary cosume celery. But celery also has side effect , if you consume too much. Indirectly concume celery as needed or routine whit the right dose. Because it can cause goiter. This is because in celery that is still raw if consumed in large quantitiens. If will interferes with iodine and thyroid function.
